How hard is it to install ABS?

My car came without ABS. How hard would it be to find and install an ABS? Is it really worth it?

if you want a car with abs ,, sell yours and buy a car that already has abs ..

too many components + too much money to totally install abs a non abs car ..

Good point. I will just repeatedly press on my brakes when I stop my car.
