Default how to re-re ignition igniter

got a 92 accord and after hours of scratching my head finally diagnosed a bad igniter. went to replace it and cant get the rotor off to access the igniter please help!!

anyone ?? please?? cant find it on the do it yourself forum!

there should be one bolt that holds the rotor on the distributor shaft. Remove that bolt, and the rotor should slide off.

If the rotor is turned the wrong way, so you can't access this bolt easily, unplug the electrical connections to the distributor (there are two, I think). Then turn the key to the start position for a split second to turn the engine. You should be able to access the rotor bolt.

there is no bolt/screw on the rotor that i can see. I had my sister cranking the motor slowly but nothing there!!!!!!!

get 2 screwdrivers and pry it out , sometimes ,it sticks pretty good ,,,been there , done that
