well i had changed both motor mounts, and it helped a lil, im thinking is something to do with the tranny? does it also have mounts? or can it be something else? for example wen i put it on gear and pressing on the break the car jerks.

What is idle speed when you go into gear? If above 1000 rpm, the a jerk is expected. Fix idle is solution.
