Default idle problems

I have a 99 1.8 honda accord vtech which is having problems when idling. Cuts out sometimes. Sometimes it is fine when driven hard, Ive changed plugs dizzy cap and rotary arm, cleaned air intake, put fuel cleaner in and this has not changed anything. The car drives fine until coming to stop when it starts to run rough. I have no warning lights and therefor cannot plug into diagnostic system. Please can anyone let me know of any ideas of other things I could try!

There are a few things you can try.

First sounds like you are not in north america, but there still should be a service connector to get any stored codes.....can't hurt to check. See this thread: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...threads-40780/

After that, a good tb cleaning. Also in the same thread above, read about cleaning the IAC.
