everything ( engine,radio ...)went off while I am driving at 80 miles /hour , sligthly turn the key it went back on , what could it be distributor ? my key ? ????

likely the electrical portion of your ignition switch. There was a recall on the ignition switch, so you might want to call and ask your dealership about this.

When you start the car, try shaking the key to see if you can get it to stall while it is running.

 

Flaky ignition switch is sorta common. The fact that you can make it come & go by wiggling the key pretty much proves that its the switch.
