You can check one of the many online Honda dealers (majestic, bernardi, ect) for the parts needed. Just me but I'm surprise you can buy a car in a state the requires front and rear plates without a place to mount/install them.

Default 2013 Civic front license plate

I have the picture sent for 2012 Accord. Is that the same for a new Civic? The dealer is 25 miles away. I'd like to do it myself if possible.

I see this is an old thread but I just recieved my front license plate mount off of eBay. Unfortunately, based on the first j-peg I just realized I'm missing the front part that actually holds the plate but that I've already left good feedback. Anyway, the part number is PP-TD8. That's for Accords 2008-2012.

Hey thanks. I got the number off the plate mount below the Honda name. Also thanks for getting me the plate frame number.

Installed front plate mount. I was one of the lucky ones who received all the bolts and clips needed for install. No drilling was necessary except to start a thread for the bolts that hold the plate. I found a nice plastic chrome looking frame and attached my vanity plate behind it. Total cost 16 bucks not including the price of the vanity plate.

There is no need to drill the bumper. There is a mounting kit with clips, etc. that the dealer should have supplied.

Let me know what year and I will post the info.
I definitely need to look into this. My car is used no sign of bracket or existing holes.

Thanks

2011. Got it done. There were slots where the brackets go. No drilling was necessary.
