Not going say who I think did it but my Keyhole looks jammed in

Locked my car door with my key because my battery in my key is going dead - Ive used it daily as Ive been lazy on changing the key.

Lock my car; go into the Office, come out 8.5hours later; try to stick my key in the hole and it wont go all the way in. The key wont move in, its hard to pull out and I cannot twist it either direction

Now I noticed this morning when I hit my alarm to lock the car, it locks then unlocks. Then, when I try to lock manually; it locks then unlocks. So, my car is completely unlocked right now parked in public

What is the deal here? Actuator, cylinder?
