Default Lights out in control panal

I have a 2003 accord ex, 4cyl. Today the lights are out on the radio, which means no info on radio, time and temperature setting. I check the fuse box. The fuse for the radio is normal. Can someone help me fix this problem?

i dont know if i can help much but i will tell you what little information i do know. somehow the circuits are connected to each other inside the car and over time they just start to go out one of the flaws in the design of the cars. so if somehow you can find where they connect and see what is wrong with it they you might be able to find the problem. so just to save you some time, i am pretty sure it would not be the fuses, lights themselves, power supply, or a hazardous short. but they will eventually come back on every once in a while. it is very sporadic and inconsistent. because currently i am trying to find the best, cheapest and easiest way for me to fix my dash lights. i have a 2001 Honda accord ex. v6 and the dealer told me it would be a few hundred bucks to get it fixed.

sorry, i am very limited in my knowledge of Honda's because i just bought my first car about 6 months ago. but i am trying to learn. wish i could be more help.
