Default Lots of problems

I have a 95 Honda accord coupe ! and it has a vetch swap but it runs about 190 in stop and go traffic and highway speeds it runs about 220 ,230 new 14 inch fan but still haven't replaced t stat .number 2,it will not rev above 3000 rpm and transmission shifts fast sometimes and sluggish the next time any help would be nice

It would help if we new exactly which engine and transmission was in it(there are a lot of engines that have VTEC). Is there a check engine light on? It sounds like it may be in limp mode.

Its a f22b1 or that's on the block. And if it helps I bought the car just like it is

with no other info my 1st thought is that it has a cold weather N. Michigan thermostat or there's an air bubble in the cooling system prevent normal flow

Okay this is all I know about the car it had the h22 vtech swap. 4 speed automatic transmission the car caught on fire before the swap and the v tec went in new wiring harness to the I bought the car. It has a manual heat gauge in it but I'm not sure they put it in where the water temp sensor or fan cut on sensor went does it matter? Put new wiring harness on and tcm transmission shifts great now but still won't rev over 3 grand when it did the check engine light came on this morning on my way to work. If that helps any. But have a new? When you do a vtec swap do you have to change the ecm if so how do I tell if its been changed out or not! And thanks for the help so far guys

And my fan is a 14 inch after market hooked on a manual switch for now

Have u checked fuelpump and filter. Helped a freind put an h22 in place of f22 and had to swap fuel pumps to get it to rev right. If its h22 now I would check it a lean condition =bad for motor. Should b on the ecu wich one it is ie p12,pt3 for example. The trans idk very much about as our dwap had the 5speed.
