Hello all.

I am new to this forum and have a black 2010 accord EX. Surprisingly what is really hurting me is very low MPG. i am getting 16 to 17 mpg at most. I do a hybrid of city/town (65%) and highway driving (35%). in any case i feel that 16-17 mgp is very low! It makes me really upset that on a full tank, the car does not even go 300 miles. Can anyone help me on this??? appreciate any suggestions / thoughts / experiences in advance.

Also, i feel that the rpm at park is high (around 1500). Is that normal??

 

1500 is way too high for idle. Take it to the dealer and let them take a look at it.
