That is a pretty tall order. I never did that on my 95, so I can't give you detailed instructions.

I would arm myself with as much information as possible.

You can download a 94 shop manual from the online manuals thread in the DIY section. Use the honda-tech link on that page.

There was a recent video from ericthecarguy that covers 90s integras and civics. This is a video that he sells and costs ~$10. Its not for an accord, so you can't follow it exactly. You should get a good idea of what needs to be done along with the shop manual instructions on how to remove the transmission. Just google the term below to get an overview of the video.

I just did the clutch on my 93 Accord, there alot more to it than a few bolts on the tranny!!! I used a Haynes manual for most of it along with several internet searches for additional detail on stubborn steps. Not sure how long it took cause i worked on it and several suspension items intermittantly over a 2 week timeframe. Its a fairly big job for the inexperienced person (me), but doable if your stubborn and have another ride to use.

You are going to need to change our the clutch, pressure plate, resurface or replace the flywheel, replace the throw our bearing, grease the pivot ball, and replace the pilot bushing. Would also recommend doing the rear main seal while you are in there.

If you don't know what this stuff is, I would recommend doing a ton or reading before you dive in. It's a big job. A shop would estimate it to be right around 8.3 hours for everything I mentioned.

As for the procedure.. Get the shop manual as mentioned.

Like PA said, look in the DIY section for a thread about manuals. Find one in the 94-95-ish range. That's a lot better than any of the parts pictures that I can post. You'll want the PROCEDURE not just the pictures.

The absolute best manual is published by Helm (www dot helminc dot com). Pricey, but worth it especially if you're gonna do some larger jobs. Like removing the transmission...
