Default need some serious help guys, very badly

to begin with im pretty sure this is the right place to post this, but if not than can someone please move it for me, thanks in advance

ok, this is my problem, i have an 01 honda accord 4dr 2.3 vtec sohc, and not to long ago i started to hear a noise in the engine and feel it in the clutch peddle, like a bearing or somethin was spinnin around, and it only happens when the car is reved up, like about 3 grand or so it starts makeing the sound, and it also has lost power from it it feels like, it stops at about 5grand or so now instead of the normal governor spot, so i figured it was somethin to do with the transmission because of the clutch feeling, but i let a few mechanics take a look at it and a few told me different answers, one said i had spun a rod, the other said it sounds like my header valves, and a few other answers, i was experimenting with my vlaves and lowered the numbers on some to see if it would make a difference at all, so i thought maybe that was it, but then i started to listen to it and realized that wasnt it at all, the noise was comein from the back of the engine it sounded like, i checked under my car and saw that my rear main seal was leaking, so i figured hey maybe thats it, so i took it to a local mechanic and let him take a look at it and told him about the noises i had been hearing and let him rev it up and things like that and he said it feels like a busted motor mount? and to my surprise i had a colapsed motor mount in the front, so i told him to go ahead and fix it and let me know when its done, so he fixed the motor mount and the rear main seal and called me today to come get it, 522.21 later i get my keys and go to start it up, i rev it up alittle bit and the noise is still there, but worse? i go back inside and ask why the problem wasnt fixed and he told me that he wasnt the one that pulled it out and didnt realize the car was still makein the noise, and said to come back and hell take another look at it, i said no thanks and walked out, i start to drive my car and its in worse shape than when i took the car in there, u can feel the vibration in the clutch even worse than before, my car idles at around 900 rpm and when it gets to that point at a stop it feels like that car is tryin to jump foward in the back, even with the brake down and everything, its kinda hard to explain the exact feeling, and on top of that they broke my lug key when ive only used it a few times, and told me it was from bein used to much, and then just pretty much threw my lugs on and got em as tight as they could, now when i take turns the wheels just feel like there movein around on me, im very very upset about this, if anyone could help me at all it would be very helpful, ill tell any info about the car that i have to to fix this problem, ive only had the car for about 7 months and bought it used with 122k on it, any ideas on what the problem or problems could be?

Tell them the car is worse, and you want your money back.

What exactly did you do to your valves?

i learned from a mechanic that i worked with that on older cars u could lower the valvle numbers on the intake and header side to a lower number than whats recomended by factory, and in turn gain power and torque, i had him do it to mine for a birthday present, a few months later and now my car dies almost every time i stop and doesnt want to take off from a dead stop very quickly anymore, givein yes i did get more power and torque, but i dont recommend anyone doin the same, ive been meaning to get him to put them back to normal specs but i havent gottin around to it yet, do u think that might have somethin to do with it? and i forgot to mention before that i have two hair line cracks in my header, its aftermarket (DC) if that helps but i dont think somethin like that would be causein an issue like this

With the rear main seal leaking and some of your description I am wondering what shape the flywheel and clutch disk are in. With a rear main the shop had to take both off. With your description of the noise it is hard to be able to help you on line.

well after they fixed the rear main seal and i drove it today it did seem like the clutch was kinda slippin alittle, i just dont know what to do, if u rev up the engine from underneith the hood u can hear it kinda towards the back of the engine, like when u spin a skate board wheel and the bearings make that sound? if that makes any sence at all, i cant be the only person thats ever had this happen to em lol, i just cant find anyone anywhere that knows what im talkin about when it comes to the sound, and it does sound like its comein from the trans, but i just dont know what to do, i dont wana get rid of my car, ive spent way to much blood sweat and money on it to just get rid of it, i just dont know what to do

"u spin a skate board wheel," That comes to mind the water pump and will give you a vibration but is on the front of the motor.

well im pretty sure i found out what was wrong with it today, cause in the middle of the highway i slowly lost compression and spun a rod bearing, but from what im bein told by some people i know is that when u spin a rod bearing the engine locks up? but mine still turns over and starts, just very poorly, and while driving when u push in the clutch the noise goes away, not right away, but slowly, so, now i have another question, do u guys think its my rod bearing? or do u think it would be somethin else? i mean the noise is very loud, and its comein from the engine to the left some, in the block, and it sounds like medal on medal noise, but i dont wana make any decisions before i get some more imput

UPDATE:
so ive decided to go ahead and get a new block (599 with swap of my old one) and completley rebuild my engine, new gaskets and everything, so, if any of u guys have any suggestions on the situation let me know, ill accept any imput i can get lol, anything i need to watch out for or anything i to keep an eye on would help since ive never rebuilt a honda engine before, thanks in advance

I think that before you spend the money on the engine, that you should take the transmission out and inspect the flywheel, clutch, and input shaft. It sounds like your problem may actually be there. As for the valve adjustment, did you have something done with your cam gears to change the timing? That's what I am guessing when you say that you had your numbers lowered. I would do that before spending money on another block. Another thing, before building one, I would strongly suggest finding one from a salvage yard because no one can build it better than Honda can for the cost.
