Did you find instructions for base idle?
After you unplug the IACV you don't just plug it back in. Let it cool down, reset ECU, & force it to re-learn the idle.

Default IACV relearn

I must have missed that part somewhere.

So, unplug it while running, idle the engine down to base idle at 550rpm. Turn it off, let the engine cool, remove battery cable or use scanner to clear codes, plug the IACV back in and start it up so it will relearn idle?
Does that sound correct?
If there is a link for it please post it. Thanks

Its in the DIY section, but I should've just typed in more complete instructions...

After you adjust the base idle:

- turn it off, let it cool down completely, plug everything back in, reset ECU.
- start the engine without touching the gas pedal.
- let it warm up completely without touching the gas pedal.
