Did the CV joint fall apart? Or did the CV joint pop out on the wheel or transmission side?

Do you have experience with DIY work?

Car will need to be towed, new BJ installed, and likely new CV axle. This could easily cost $300-$500, or more.

First get vehicle towed off road to a safe location. Do some work to find a good shop (ask friends, auto parts store, Angies List) and have car towed to the shop for repairs.

Sorry, there are no easy fixes for your problems.

good luck
