Default new leak

ok, so I didn't do anything major. removed my valve cover and upper timing cover to just give a check on things before driving to Orlando coming up. put everything back together, now I have what sounds like an air leak and I'm pouring oil, no moisture or anything to suggest its the valve cover or the timing cover mis installed.

no, I didn't replace anything, I had no intention of doing so. The sole purpose was to check the condition of my timing belt. the valve cover gasket and tube seals, and the PCV valve are barely 3 months old.

Any chance you have something caught under the valve cover like a vacuum line or do you no oil leak only consumption of oil.
