Default New Member ! Questions about 1992 Honda Accord

So I am writing in the forum because I know absolutely nothing about cars and I do not want to take my car to a shop and be f***d over because of that . I have a 1992 Honda Accord Lx that will not pass smog because of my NO & CO emissions . At first all 3 emissions would not pass , but I had gotten a tune up and it fixed the HC .

The readings are :

PCV : PASS
Catalytic Converter : PASS
Visual EGR : PASS
Fuel Injection : PASS
Vacuum Line Connections : PASS
Fuel Cap Functional : PASS
Fuel Evap Test : PASS

Thermostatic Air Cleaner : N/A
Air Injection System : N/a
Ignition Spark Controls : PASS
02 sensors and connectors : PASS
Functional EGR : N/A
Fill Pipe Restrictor : N/A

Fuel Evaporative Controls : PASS
Fuel Tank Cap Visual : PASS
Carburetor : N/A
Wiring of Other Sensors or Switches : PASS
Ignition Timing : PASS 15BTDC
Liquid fuel Leaks : PASS

HC at 15 mph at 25 mph
MAX : 81 91
AVE: 27 21
MEAS : 56 53

CO at 15 mph at 25 mph
MAX : 0.74 0.62
AVE : 0.16 0.11
MEAS : 1.50 1.48

NO at 15 mph at 25 mph
MAX : 584 511
AVE : 270 207
MEAS : 621 835

If it is something easily fixable , please let me know !

The NO emissions problems can be caused by clogged EGR ports. It is a common problem on accords of your vintage. The common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum has a link on how to clean the ports.

Your setup has the plugs that need to be removed by using a small slide hammer.
