Default New PS system still leaks

I just replaced my old worn out rack & pinion with a new one and replaced the pump too. I still have a leak somewhere but i can't figure it out. Can anyone help me out?

Wipe down the lines with a rag and look for wet spots. Look closely around the VSS lines.

So I wiped down the lines and went for a very short drive (just down the road). When i got back i opened the hood and the reservoir had filled back up but it wasn't really that low to start with. I don't know how to explain that

Is the PS fluid "foaming" up, if the system is sucking air in, it can sometimes cause the fluid to foam up ?

It is foaming still. I still cant find any air leaks since i replaced the LP lines from pump to reservoir.

I'm not as familiar with the 89, but remove the connections to the PS pump and check that you didn't tear an o-ring on the lines when you installed the lines.

I've installed o-rings on the lines several times. I went through 5 pumps on my car and the o-rings that came with them always came out without damage. I can bet that i have an air leak at my vss like poorman suggested
