New top end vs reman engine

its been cleaned and dragged across a flat plate of sand paper

Tdc sensor ohms. Checked out and also checked to see if it was producing ac volts. 2-3v so thats good

book says to reuse same head bolts... thoughts?

Again, just me but the 5th gen v6's are rare...to the point I never worried about getting manuals for them. If you have one that you trust, go with it.

It is the TTY bolts that "have to be replaced" and I'm pretty sure Honda/Acura has not or did not use them back then.

Did a shop do the work on the head or are you doing this on your own?

Im having to do all this work on my own, with some slight supervision. I will include some photos of the process on the heads.

To gain more knowledge on the engine you may look toward the NSX community as some have swapped to this engine because it is very similar to the C30/C32 that came in the NSX, but its parts are a lot cheaper.

Its a honda car, sold in America as an Acura. I just know that they are big into it and probably have a lot more technical specs on it.
