Ok my friend has a volt meter I will go over asap, if its not 12V I guess I will have to change the compressor. I get a discount at Advance Auto Parts, do you suggest a certain brand? I usually like to buy from Majestic Honda, always prefer genuine Honda parts, but if I buy the compressor, clutch and pulley I get a warranty...

Hold on. If you don't have 12V, then the problem is not the compressor.

If you have 12V, then there are couple of inexpensive things you can try to repair the problem.

Also, when you start the engine and turn on the a/c, do both radiator fans turn on?

When I am testing the compressor with the volt meter, do I turn the car on after I hook up the leads...

And yes both of my fans work properly.
