Default No Electrical Power

I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX. Got home from vacation the car wouldn't start. Replaced the battery, only the horn and break lights work. I can only move the car by putting the key into the shift unlock. I have no other power what so ever and i have an after market security system. The alarm did go off when trying to jump the old battery but now we can't reset the system. i can't do the door combinations because the driver door doesn't lock properly. How can i either disconnect the system or reset it?

I moved your thread to the General Tech Help forum, as the new member section is just basically for introductions.

See post #2 of this thread and check the #23 (80A for 4 cylinder engines except EX, 100A for 4 cyl EX and V6 engines) battery fuse. The large fuse may be blown.

To reset the alarm, look for a reset button/switch located under the driver's side dash or near the hood release. Turn the ignition to ON while pressing/flipping the reset button/switch.

Do you still have the manual for your alarm, or know the model?

Try to find the alarm control unit (probably under the driver's dash) and hitting the reset button. If it is aftermarket, just follow out of place wires to the alarm control unit.

Usually an aftermarket alarm system only cuts power to the starter. If you have a voltmeter, check where you have power and where you don't have power at the fuse boxes.
