I replaced my thermostat on my 99 Honda Accord and now it won't start. It clicks and on my dash my d4 light is flickering.I replaced batter terminals and my battery good. When I first changed the thermostat it wouldn't start I wiggled some wires and it started. It did good for two days then it died on me now I'm having these problems

You likely have a defective battery wire or battery connection. Diagnostics w/ a Volt-Ohm Meter are necessary to determine precise source of fault. Low voltage prevents starter from engaging.

How old is your battery? Is there corrosion around the posts? x2 on the batt being suspect. If you get it running, you can also take it to the auto store and they'll check it for free.

The battery is 80% I tighten the bolt from when I replaced my thermostat now that clicking noise stop but it still makes no sound at all. The light and everything on the dash is good could it be my starter

What does it mean the battery is 80%? Tested at high-current-load? Or just a simple voltmeter?

Starter, hmm, I would check all the electrical connections you touched when you changed your t-stat. You said you had to wiggle some wires to get it going before. A loose connection can cause those problems you're having.

Look up symptoms of a bad starter. May help. Just don't be convinced it could be this or that. Anything electrical could be suspect. The internet and the Haynes manual have been great resources for me. I work in healthcare, so even a caveman can learn to troubleshoot. Good luck. When you figure it out, post an update. It'll help others after you.
