no start issue
94 accord 2.2 vtec wont start. ive determined good spark , and main relay. pump turns on with key and gas flows to fuel rail. i cant really tell from there. regulator doesnt seem ruptured but i dont see evidence of gas reaching the cylinders. plugs are dry and piston tops seem dry. what would prohibit flow from fuel rail to cylinders. the injectors are ticking as motor turns over.

Is there any background info on the car? Just replaced X or did it just not start one day.
Try spraying carb cleaner in the TB - open the butterfly and give it a few good sparys.
Are the injectors getting voltage and ground? EDIT: I now see that you say injectors are "clicking"

ive cleaned throttle body. everything seems good, all i havent done is replaced plugs and a fuel pressure check. i pulled plugs and they appeared ok. they are bosch with about 3 years in the motor. i bought new ngk that ill be putting in this afternoon. ill report back. i did have a riding mower that wouldnt start. pulled the plug and grounded it . had what i thought a good spark. still woulnt start. i rebuilt the carb , adjusted valves, spent 2 weeks working on it. finally i bought a new plug on a last ditch effort and what do you know. fired right up like a brand new one.
