"Ignitor" is the popular slang term for the ICM.
Sounds like it's the same thing, but didn't have the metal heat-sink. So you use your old heat-sink cause it's just a hunk of metal.
Now... 2 different brands of aftermarket ignitors might just have very different lifespans. Got brand-names? I wouldn't know, but there's a couple folks on here who run repair shops so they'll have that kind of experience.

In talking with the counter guy at O'reilly's. They are supposed to be both for TEC distributors. I didn't see the brand on the 199 dollar one as they didn't have it in stock. So to go with the cheaper one they wanted the distributor number. Do you have an idea where that would be. I have it out right now and there's nothing except some P06 and another number inside and he said nothing matched what he had in the computer.
