No tail or dash lights

my tail and dash lights are out on my 2002 honda accord lx and the fuses are good any ideas on what it could be?

1. Re-check passenger side Fuse No. 10 (10A for sedan).

2. If Fuse No. 10 is good, see this video and following the instructions, you may have a faulty driver's side multiplex control unit (MCU):
