Did you check the fuse for the door locks? Did the window stop working at the same time?

The index thread at the top of this form has a link for online manuals. Download a 94 shop manual and get a volt meter. Remove the driver's door panel. Check for voltage to the power door lock control unit (white wire) with the key in the II position. If no voltage, check the #38 fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay.

You can also unplug the two pin connector to the window motor and see if you get 12V to the window motor when you hit the switch to roll up or down the window (+ and - switch depending if you push up/down on the switch).

There is a fuse box near the windshield on the passenger side of the engine bay. #38 is a 20 amp fuse. See pic of fuse box. The pic is from the manual I suggested you download.
