Default Noise while braking / turning after tire rotation.

Hello yet again.

I finished doing a tire rotation (only front to back) today and I how notice a rubbing noise while turning right and braking medium-hard. It sounds like it's coming from the front-right wheel well. I think this is happening because the back wheel was physically a little larger because it has less wear, though I could be wrong. Anything I can adjust over there to stop the noise / inefficiency?

thank you as always.

Are tires OEM size? If yes, then wear is not the issue. Most likely is a brake issue; pads worn out?

good luck

I have not checked the size, is the owners manual or a hanes manual a good guide stating the OEM size?

I had brake rotors replaced about four months ago and the pads were also in the receipt but I did not oversee the work being done.
