Default Not Runnin rite

Is it possible to run a 97 f22b1(OBD2) on a 95 f22b1 ecu(OBD1). I swapped my f22a which i blew up with a f22b1 from a 97 not knowing the difference form the obd1 to obd2 ... the car runs its just running on three cylinders and i cant for the life of me figure it out????? If neone culd help that wuld b great

The set of sensors on the engines are different. You should probably swap the sensors & distributor from your old engine. The alternative would be to use the 97 ECU along with the newer wiring harness (lots more work).
