Default OEM or Aftermarket bearing?

I need to replace my front driver side wheel bearing, do you guys think an aftermarket bearing will be ok for this or should I only use an OEM Honda part? I ask because my buddy has a brand new SKF wheel bearing that he said I could have, but I don't want to pay to have it installed if it's gonna be an inferior part.

I've also had good luck with 'parts store' brands of wheel bearings.
SKF and NTN are top shelf brands.
The total story here is to be sure you don't damage the bearing when installing it.

Yeah, it's a brand new bearing for my Accord, I checked the numbers.A buddy of mine who works in a garage is going to install it for $100, he has one of the OTC Hubtamer kits which will make the job easy. I can't justify buying a $300 Hubtamer kit when I will in all probability never use it again. Thanks for the replies, I can't wait to have my Accord quiet again.

New bearing got put in Friday, my Accord is once again quiet. The old bearing was toast, never seen one quite that bad. The previous owner used to drive from Baltimore to Boston and back every weekend. When I got the car it was out of alignment, pulled to the left. I think those 14 hour rides with the left wheel out of toe caused the bearing to heat up and destroy itself prematurely, I don't know why he just didn't get a front end alignment.
