oil change on a honda accord 2004 v6

Default oil change on a honda accord 2004 v6

hey guys i need some help i want to know if i need to change the oil weight i been using 5-20 castrol with titanium syntetic, but i dont really know if i need to change it because of the miles it is hitting 150 000

Some people use 5w-30, but I plan to keep using 5w-20. According to Honda, 0w-20 is acceptable, but they do not mention using 5w-30. IMO 5w-30 would be OK in the summer time, if it gets really hot where you live. Everyone has their own opinions on this.

i live in oakland california, the wheather is always fresh

In that case I would just stick to 5w-20 year round. But that's just me, opinions vary.
