To answer your question:

Yes mobil 7500 is a decent oil and sticking with 5W30 will work just fine. Another synthetic blend that's a bargain is Motorcraft. As mentioned, all the oils made today are very good, you can purchase by price without worry. Your choices of filters also sounds good.

Hey Buddy...something we both agree on again...this is getting good...I agree with you about this one @ 110%..same thing that I do, and the best part is this, they usually always wash my car at the same time...

the WIX filter is a REALLY good filter. I have been impressed with how clean my oil came out after 4000 miles. I tried some Valvoline conventional this time around and it works really well.
