Default oil leak

i am getting oil on my spark plugs. i replaced the easier upper spark plug tube gaskets and the leak still continues. how do i remove the rocker arm assembly to replace the lower gaskets without getting into pretty much a complete top end rebuild.... i have a 95 accord non-VTEC (F22B2)... any input will be greatly appreciated.

That's really a disassembly / reassembly. Not a "top-end rebuild" because you aren't removing the valves & grinding their seats. Tedious but not all that difficult.

You should go to the post about on-line manuals & grab the one for near your year. When you put the camshaft bearing caps back on you'll want to know the bolting sequence and the bolt torques. (I don't know them by memory, especially for a year that I never owned.)

okay cool. i just replaced the head gasket and that was a 4 day job in the end... and i really dont want to get that involved in tearing down the motor again. i will look into it. all i need to remove is the rocker arm assembly?

Actually, I never had to do this to my cars, but it looks like you'll remove the camshaft bearing caps. The camshaft sits where it belongs & you do not have to remove the head from the engine.

You only have to keep dirt out of the bearings. When you tighten them down, pay attention to how you draw down the caps around any valve that's open. Don't fully tighten one screw only. Where there's spring tension, gradually tighten all the surrounding bolts so you don't break something.
