oil pan remove 1994 honda accord

oil pan remove 1994 honda accord
Im removing the oil pan in my 1994 Honda Accord and the pan is fastened with bolts except there are two nuts on threads on the passanger side of pan. those nuts are blocked by some kind of shroud that appeares to have been fastened first. What is the process for this schroud and pan removal?
