I was checking my oil pan when I saw some oil leaking near the front passenger side of my 2003 Honda Accord LX. I can't see clearly but is it the oil pump that's leaking in that area or what could be located there that could be leaking oil?

 

I wouldn't jump to the oil pump. You'll need to narrow it down. Is the oil coming from behind the cover? Even still there are other things behind there that could be leaking.

 

It looks like the oil is dripping from behind the cover and I took a look around and I can't seem to find out where its coming from just by looking from below or glancing through the hood. I just purchased this car and I'm a little worried that I may have been swindled in to buying a car with major problems after being told it had no history or state of having problems.
