Default Oil on spark plugs...

Here's my issue...I have oil on spark plugs 2 and 3 only and a little on PCV. When I pull the boot off it's covered in dark oil. I've tried to get it all out without much success. The plugs themselves are plenty tight, as is the valve cover. Any ideas as to what the problem could be? Thanks!

Yes, that would be the most common. Get the valve cover set and have some fun.

Also, what engine is in this ? as some have two sets of seals.

That one has "two sets" of seals....try the upper ones fist and hope for the best. If the lower need to be done that is a bit more involved.....still an easy DIY, just a bit more time involved.

Clean them off and see how fast they cover up again, you may be looking at years and years of leakage. My lower seals leak I just keep a eye on them, its very little leakage like years to cause a real problem. The seal kits are cheap Id suggest getting the honda one its a little bit more but it fits better. Ive replaced my valve cover seal on my 96 2.2L. The lower seals are like $2-$3 a piece.

Im having that same problem. Replaced the upper seals already. No luck. Looks like its the lower seals. But I called my LAS and they only sold those seals in a kit with the head gasket witch is BS because its 160$. Forget that. Especially considering if I do find those seals individually im going to have to pull my timing belt off for a third time next weekend. -.-

The seals should come with a valve cover set? Ask them to look the part number up and then go "look" at it.

And, if you are going "back in" - I've been reading your other thread - a good time to go ahead and knock this out......there are plenty of videos on line that walk you thru the process. There is a link to a manual you can download in the "Common DIY Threads" sticky at the top of this section - https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...threads-40780/

When I did the valve cover set a couple months ago it only came with the upper seals not the lower seals.
