Default oil in the water

a friend of mine has 2001 accord that has had the head gasket changed to fix oil in the water but that didn't fix it, still after 2 days of driving the radiator water is milky looking from oil. Does it sound like the block is cracked if the head gasket is good?

how well was the cooling system flushed out? could still be some residue. also could be a bad head gasket job.

Did your friend take the cylinder head to a machine shop to get shaved to ensure that the matting surface is perfectly flat?

He said he flushed the engine until the water was running clean, and I don't know about shaving the heads. This guy has built many dirt track race car engines so I figured he probably knew if the heads needed worked. He just has no experience on Honda's. I'll ask him tomorrow if theres any loss of power or any other symptons. I'll post more tomorrow.
