Default Over Heating

Hello, New member first post

I have a 2000 Honda Accord 6 V-tec 3 lt

The car over heated, went to the garage after it cooled down. They tested after putting on the computer that it is not firing on all cylinders. Made no sense. Suggested that it needs a new head gasket. The car was revving up and down and putting out anti-freeze in the exhaust. Could not aford the repair. Took the car home. A lot of people suggested that I put in a stop leak product for exhaust manifold. this helped a lot the car idles normally and runs ok. But still over heats up 30 min of city driving. The car does not smoke at all and no antifreeze visable on oil dip stick. Is there any other possible causes or is this definitely a blown head gasket. Any other suggestions before I pay mechanic to tear the head off.

Love the car
Hate the problem

hard to call? Is what you are seeing the same that caused the issue the first time?

Do BOTH cooling fans come on and off while sitting still? ....ac off for this, or another way, with the ac on, do BOTH fans run?
