Default OVERHEATING

HI. THIS IS MY SECOND 92-93 ACCORD, AND IT IS OVERHEATING AGAIN. I FEEL THAT IT IS A FAN RELAY, BUT I CAN BE WRONG. THE WATER WAS NOT BOILING, AND WOULD HAVING NO TUBE IN THE COOLANT RESERVOIR BOTTLE CAUSE THIS? ANY INFORMATION ASAP WOULD BE GREAT. HELP ME HELP MY ACCORD. THANK YOU

Caps lock please, no need to SHOUT AT US.
Can you turn on the A/C and see if the cooling fans run? Or jumper battery power to them if the A/C is non functional.
Yes you need to have the tube in the overflow bottle, so the system can 'backsuck' as it cools.
A test light or multimeter is needed to make a good diagnose
