I presently have the same issue.
Just figured out what was leaking the Power steering cooler pipe #16 in diagram.
Its rusted and dripping power steering fluid. Originally thought all I needed was an O ring for the Power steering pump but no such luck. The car is 12 years old but still low mileage. I think Honda made a cheap pipe but the cost isn't cheap. They want around $160 just for the u shaped pipe seen in one of the first diagrams listed in the above thread. I think the 2004 Honda Accord Ex V6 has a lot of cheaply made or defective components like their transmissions. Just my two sense.

 

I ended buying my parts on e-bay, as I could find some at a better price than the dealer for my 99 Accord. On mine, it was the #7 pipe that had rusted out, coming out of the steering rack. But looking at the rest of the steel pipes, I chose to replace everything from the steering rack back to the res jug. The "U" shaped hose I had to get thru the dealer, as nobody had one. But I think all of the parts total were about 150. It took me a good part of a day to fix it though. The fitting on the line I needed to replace was in a hard to get to spot.
