I left my accord sit for about 2 months at the time it ran great, now it runs rough even stalls may be water in my fuel system???? Any advice would be great. course of action?

 

Year? engine? Miles? These are very important to know.

seriously the car will idle for two hours without issue, drive for 5 minutes she stalls??? Any ideas?

 

My first thought was fuel, but the pump & filter actually see a higher flow rate at idle. So water & crud seem just as likely to plug up the filter at idle as much as at any other operating condition.

Have you opened up the air filter to look for stuff in there? Cheap & easy job to rule out that as the problem.
