You connect a gauge to read fuel pressure. If the fuel pressure was lower than the limit, I would probably first replace the fuel filters. Since you are already replacing them, I would not worry about fuel pressure testing for now. If you still have problems, we can give you more info.

"Jenn" - back up just a second....if this is an LXi (Fuel Injected) there is only one fuel filter (LX and DX -carb have two). In one of your last posts you said "filters"? Just want to be sure?

The LXi filter is on the pass/right side if the car, at the fire wall. Pretty easy, service bolt (? 10 or 12 mm) comes out, then there is a (? 17or 19 mm) bolt under that. Then the other side comes out (? 17or 19mm). Sorry about the sizes, been a while and my memory is shot. Once the lines are out/off ther is a 10 mm (know that one) holding a bracket around the filter.....done..reverse....of course, when taking the old one off be careful, gas is not friendly...then once the new one is on,cycle the key to "on" (not started just to pos II) a few times (3~4) and check for leaks. Then start and good luck.
