Default Please help o2 sensor problem

Purchased a nice 2005 Accord 2 dr, 2.4 4 cyl. After purchase the check engine light came on. I stopped at Advanced auto ,the scanned are got code p0139, the o2 sensor in the catalytic converter. I took it back to the dealer where we purchased and Told them the issue. They replaced the sensor and the light has been off for about 200 miles, now the light came back on,I decided to replace the sensor myself that way I would know for sure it's been replaced. I reset the computer with my scan gauge. Is it possible to get a bad sensor or do I have another problem? Do I replace the correct sensor?

If it was a Honda part installed by the dealer, go back to the dealer. Honda replacement parts are warrantied for 1 year or 12,000 miles.

I don't think it was a Honda part, think it's Bosch part installed by a local Dodge dealer
