Hey guys, so I have a 93 accord ex. The transmission went bad awhile ago, so I swapped it out for a different one. Everything is working wonderfully, except my speedometer isn't working, and I get a check engine light after awhile. My odometer seems to be stuck too. The car I took the new transmission out of was a 92 LX and I don't know if maybe that has something to do with it? Any suggestions? Thanks

 

See DIY forum and extract the codes stored w/ Check Engine Light flashes and D4 light flashes. This will help diagnose the problem.

If cruise control works, the speed sensor is not the problem.

Is this an Auto or Manual transmission? Put specs in signature line.
