Default Plug wires

Doing a tune-up on the 2002 and bought some "Duralast" wires @ Autozone and the darn things are about 1/4" too short. Won't stay on the plugs in the chamber. So after I return them I am looking at getting a different brand. I know most folks don't like Bosch plugs, but what about their wire sets? Amazon has those, or a set of Denso OE wires for pretty good price (about $40). Any recommendations? Thanks, everyone.

^^^ he's right. Denso or NGK ARE OEM and hondas don't like anything else for ignition parts.

Falklore: I put NGK single platimum plugs in, and put the old factory wires back on. The cap/rotor are the AutoZone brand. It runs pretty good, not that it ran "bad" before. Any harm being done buy using the old wires? I have about 82k miles on it.

Theres probably no problem with the old wires, but you should check them at night with a spray bottle. With the car running, spray a mist over the wires to see if they ground on the engine. If you get a little light show, then you need new wires.

In complete darkness.
If the insulation of the plug wires is breaking down, they might show a blue glow but you probably won't see that in the daytime.

Factory plug wires can last a long time. My 95 Integra factory wires were good when I sold the car after 10 years & 130k miles. I just clean them with soap & water whenever I change oil.

I will try that tonight when it gets dark. There's no performance related issues to make me suspect that they are going bad, but they just looked kinda "tired" when I replaced the plugs. The boots inside the plug cylinder had some brownish-white deposits on them, at least on two of them. But they run fine. I suppose they could use a quick cleaning.

OEM plug wires are Sumomito (could have spelled this wrong), not NGK.

Sprayed the wires, no lightshow, so I guess they are all good. Thanx for the help.
