Default Plugs take oil bath

Hello
My 92 Accord had its plugs changed. When I removed the cables from the plug wells some of the plug wells were filled with oil. Is this a leaky valve cover gasket?

Thanks
KT

Hope it's that. But there's ANOTHER set of seals (O-rings) further down the spark plug tubes. For THESE, you have to remove the camshaft bearing caps & all the rocker assemblies, etc.

The valve cover gasket and upper tube seals are a fairly easy DIY and are part of "routine maintenance." here's a DIY: http://filtsai.com/accord/valve_cover_gasket/index.php
I would start there. However, if that does not fix it, you may need to replace those lower seals as JimBlake said. That is not quite as easy
