Default Possible immobilizer issue or ecu, crank no start, need advice

Hello all. I have a 2006 Honda Accord 2.4 LX. Initially I was having a low battery issue. I got it jumped a few times and was planning on replacing it the next day. On my way to get a new one, my car shut down out of nowhere. I tried to get it jumpstarted again, but to no avail. Just a crank, with no start.

I thought it was probably a fuel issue, so I replaced the battery, fuel pump fuse and relay, and the fuel pump itself. Still a crank but no start issue. Not even hearing the fuel pump priming.

I'm noticing the green key icon from hell continuously blink when my keys (I've tried both) are in the ignition on the II position. I tried to see if there were any codes, but my obd reader is also not getting any power. All other electronics are working normally. I also noticed my ECU sensor was blown. I replaced it, but it didn't do anything. I'm thinking of trying a new ECU and immobilizer. Is there anything else I should try before this? Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks for all advice.

Check the 10A #7 fuse and the 15A #19 fuse in the fuse box under the driver's dash.

I checked both of those fuses and they were ok. I did notice that the ECU fuse was blown again so I put a new one in. It had power with the key out, but once I turned the ignition on it immediately blew again. The ACG fuse has also blown again. There didn't seem to be any power at all to the IGP fuse (not sure if that is normal or not with the car not running, but I tried to replace it just in case and there was no change.) Any idea what this could be? I'm stumped.

Which ECU fuse is blowing? Fuse number, amps, and location (engine or interior fuse box)?

it's the one under the hood. 15 amp. Location 8. My mechanic replaced the alternator and it ran perfect for about five minutes, then cut off on me again while I was driving. And it's back doing the same thing. Crank no start and popping the same fuses.

Just want to clarify something from your last post. Are you popping just one fuse or multiple fuses?

Fuse #8 in the engine bay fuse box protects the CMP sensor B, CKP sensor, PCM, IAC valve, the mass air flow sensor, and the main fuel relay.

Try replacing that fuse, but do not try to start the car. That fuse also powers the OBD2 connector, so try reading codes before the engine starts and hopefully the fuse will not pop before you read codes.
