The only "stamp" I saw on the vehicle was a sticker type deal on the block where the starter bolts on. It's not on the starter, but again right where the starter bolts on. The number I found is: P2U5-5024251..... Am I looking for an actual stamp on the metal, something engraved? Or is it some a tag that is tack welded on or something of the sort?

When I initially got the car on 5/28, the oil was fine. Two days later I checked it again and had to add 1/2 quart. About two weeks ago, I checked it again because the car was running really bad, sluggish at high RPMs. Upon pulling said dip stick, it was bone dry. Added 3.5 quarts. The next day, I added an additional 1/2 quart to bring it back to full. Since have not added any oil, but am continually checking it.

There are a few wet spots, but have no cleaned them to determine if they are leaks or not. Will do next time i get a few minutes to myself....

Too bad about the V-6 LoL I did however figure this much. Oh well....

Yellow circle in the attached pic is where the engine number is stamped (or maybe engraved). It is right on the block, no metal plate.

PAhonda - Believe it or not, I don't see any spot like the one shown in the image. Is it possible it's behind the header's heat shield? I search around for a good ten minutes, and all I found was that sticker right next to the starter!?
