power seat issue help

Default under dash fuse panel
Is this fuse panel under the dash on the passengers side just a panel that snaps off like the one on the drivers side? Or are there bolts that need to be unscrewed? thanks Jon

Should have a plastic cover over it, I think it is just the type that "snaps" into place.

The manual I have doesn't have a pic of the location, here is a listing of the fuse numbers and what they control.
