Default Power Steering Fluid

I own a 2007Honda Accord and My power steering has been leaking. My mechanic informed me it’s because of the cold weather. Any advice.

It probably doesn't matter, but is this a 4 or 6 cylinder accord?

Where is the leak? From the PS pump on top of the engine or from the PS rack?

6 cylinder and it lookslike its coming from the container that holds the fluid.

Try to wipe down the container and the hoses going to the reservoir. Look for obvious cracks on the lines.

A somewhat common problem is the o-ring on the line bolted to the pump can deteriorate. Replacement is very simple and there are some youtube videos showing how to replace the o-ring.
