Ok sorry im new to this whole Forum thing but im not really sure what to do. i have a 98 accord Lx 4cly with almost the same problem theres foam in the resivior while i turn the wheel but goes away after i turn off the car. also make load whining sound when car is not moving. sorry if i asked this in the wrong place. but any solution?
