Default Quick Body question - rear fender

I got rear ended in a parking lot (lady backed into me with her Jeep Cherokee).

I've got a 2001 Accord and the rear, I'll call it the bumper "section" kind of popped out on the passenger side corner, more like from the rear corner around to the side of that piece. The rest of the bumper is still intact.

question is how do I pop this back into place? sound pretty simple and pathetic to ask I know but I see the tabs in side where it popped out but I don't want to break anything trying to get it back in.

There is a stud on the rear panel, there is also a tab on the bumper. Just bend the bumper cover over the stud. You won't break the bumper cover, they're pretty flexible.

Pics would help, I'm only guessing on what happened.

I thought a parts picture might help, but I can't really tell for sure where all the fasteners are.

Does the lady that hit you have insurance? If so I would let them worry about the repairs...

From what I hear parking lot accidents are 50/50 so it wouldn't make sense to go through insurance unless it was a large sum of money (which a bumper isn't really).

My experience with the bumper is a few screws in the wheel well, a couple under the bumper under the car (pop out with flat screw driver), and a couple you have to open the trunk for and remove with a socket. Very easy task
